My room was very comfortable and clean. Lovely hot shower and plenty of tea, coffee etc. Good selection of breakfast and tasty including plenty of tea or coffee. Very good service. Good location for saundersfoot Town and beach, only a five minute stroll down the hill.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before. It’s a great location, has what you need in terms of facilities and a small pool which is great for kids if the weather isn’t great.

For the price we paid for 4 nights it was fair. The room was quite clean and very spacious, bathroom was fine. A fan was provided in the room which was very welcome.
Arrival was disappointing, hotelier couldn't find the booking and was not at all welcoming or friendly. No information provided on the facilities and no directions to the room which was on the third floor and not straightforward to find.
We found the pool but wouldn't use it, it looked tired and not at all clean. Overall the hotel was tired and quite shabby. Breakfast was an additional charge of £12 which we thought was excessive so we didn't have breakfast. Plenty of places in Saundersfoot for a very good quality breakfast at a comparable cost.

Pool was open for 12hours, rooms were well equipped very comfortable hotel
I telephoned the hotel before booking to make sure they would accept my autistic non verbal grandson who sometimes has meltdowns, they said no problem I told them we would be early to bed but that he is an early riser anywhere between 4 and 6 am no problem they said first night asleep by 9pm and woke up at 5.30am owner spoke to me at breakfast and made me very uncomfortable saying that he was moving around the bedroom too much 2nd night the same although he woke at 3.30am startled and crying because some man in the next hotel was banging and swearing at his door for his wife to let him in our final night the owner said he was glad we were leaving the following morning because he hadn't had any sleep for three days . I felt so upset and uncomfortable at the hotel due to this gentleman. The breakfast was not good slow service undercooked sausage overcooked bacon only had food there the first morning the rest of the stay we went into Saundersfoot and had fantastic breakfasts for the rest of our stay.

Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. We had breakfast at a place in Saundersfoot where we’ve eaten several times before and it’s out in the fresh air.
It would have been better if they had a bar to drink at.

Lovely shower and the little kitchen facilities were very good. Beds were nice too.
The window in the twin room was locked and it was very hot. There was only one fan available for the big room.

I liked how relaxed it was and the very friendly ppl who ran the hotel nothing was to much trouble
Breakfast was a bit small for the money but that's the only little moan

My kids really loved going into the swimming pool and playing against each other on the pool table, and the room was very spacious and comfortble, we all enjoying this stay!
It would have been nice for there to be a bar there so I could relax and have a drink.

Spacious room with good view, nice outside patio area.
Room was very dated, ? Fire door, reclaimed pine internal doors with approx 2"gap under door which let's corridor light in crack in door panel.
Fridge well old but working but had a cracks and piece missing in the inside and outside. Toilet seat loose reported after first night on inspection noticed the whole toilet was loose owner tried to say never had complaints and it was OK before we used it which upset my wife.
Swimming pool, looked old and dirty on use noticed tiles around top dirty and scummed needing a good clean, bottom of the pool looked like it had sand in it but once in realised it needed painting seems like it wasn't emptied and painted at the start of the season, both easily rectified. Sauna looked like a padlocked shed under the stairs didn't even ask to use this as un appealing.

Light airy and clean! And plenty of parking!
A little old fashioned and needs updating! Possibly needs a lift to access upper floors.

Room was clean and comfortable.
Lady host was polite and friendly.
Poor selection of teas in room, no complimentary biscuits. Large fridge but no jug for water in it. Very limited breakfast menu. Only full fat milk available. Rooms were not serviced.
Pool area was not pleasant so didn’t use.

Location was perfect 👌. Close to the sea and town. Although up a hill which wouldn't be suitable for everyone
A bit more housekeeping ie, fresh towels, mugs as I was there for 5 nights.
Not suitable for everyone as no lift and on a hill!

Comfortable beds, absolutely huge room with a kitchenette. Tasty breakfast.
We didn't use the indoor pool but it's heated and a decent size. Only a short walk into the town so easy for accessing restaurants etc. Free car parking was also a bonus.
We visited during a heatwave and the room was quite warm.

Lovely staff all of them. Absolutely amazing location the beach is like a 5 minute walk away. Other residents very noisy slamming doors and chatting loud at stupid o lock. Not the staffs fault. Towels replenished next day as we stayed for 2 days.
The other people 😅 just noisy and I was there with my daughter so we didnt get much sleep

Our room was very good, it was very clean and the bedding was pristine, the shower was excellent and the water very hot. We had a ground floor room. We did not take up the breakfast option because we have a light breakfast and did not require a full breakfast. We did not use the pool.
The motor on the fridge was a bit noisy.

The only positive was the location.
As soon as we pulled up I was taken back by the grounds. They need a lot of work and a really good tidy. The grounds were very uninviting. On walking into the property there is a very strong smell of Indian cooking. I love a good Indian but the smell was completely throughout the property. Definitely not a fresh, welcoming odour. The room was very small and not cleaned to a good standard. Cobwebs were over the curtains and the TV (that was so small and didn’t work) the shower was exceptionally slow to drain to the point any movement made the pool in the shower tray spill all over the floor.
Onto the pool that was advertised this was shut!!!!
I personally didn’t see any staff at the hotel and we stayed 3 days. my husband saw someone once and that was for check-in only.
Basically if you can afford it stay somewhere else. I think nearly £100 per night was too steep especially when breakfast wasn’t included. We enjoyed Saundersfoot though.

We loved how welcoming the owners were throughout our stay. The hotel is a great location, just a quick walk to the beach and a quick 10 minute drive to Tenby town. We room was very spacious and modern, perfect for our family stay with the included facilities.
The only down fall was not being aware of the pool being closed as we relied on this for our stay with the bad weather but there were other options in the local town.

the view was nice, breakfast was excellent, close to saundersfoot front if you don’t mind a little bit of a hill.
Pool was closed which was disappointing for my child, shower bit weak could do with an upgrade.

The hotel is in a great location for travelling to Tenby. Saundersfoot Square was very nice. Quite quaint.
The was nothing I didn't like. The hotel could do with some tlc. It looks quite tired.

exceptional hosts, nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was outstanding, I personally loved the decoration though out the property, warm and welcoming, the room was very spacious and had everything you would require plus little extras like coffee, tea, sugar, soap and shower gel, the bed was total comfort so a good 10/10 for sleep, the garden was a delight to sit in also the property is a 3 minute walk to the main town would highly recommend and can not wait to rebook for another visit
the property is on a slight hill which i couldn't walk however was not a problem overall as there are taxis, buses and we drove
