Cozy 1Bedroom Apartment Courtyard Near Buttes-Chaumont

Excellent location, very close to metro, buses, shops, restaurants, even church! Overall a nice apartment - because it is on the ground floor it is suitable for elderly people and it is not hot even with high temperatures outside.

There are couple of things that need to be improved: - there is coffee machine and plenty of coffee capsules but… they are not suitable for this machine. When informed the owner, he promised to do something with it but nothing has been done. - no basic kitchen stuff like oil, pepper, tea. - bed and towels were not prepared for 3rd person (we were 3). We had to check how to open sofa and look for towels everywhere - towels that were left for us were not completely dried out - the shower was a bit complicated to understand and some functions didn’t work - toilet filled in with water only if you turn it (we had to figure it out when realised that there is no water to flush) - the flat lacks instructions for certain parts (toilet, tv ) - the most important - contact with owner is not the best, responsiveness once/24h

Très bonne situation à 300 m du métro, propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé, literie très confortable.
