Very easy check in in both of our stays. There is always someone in reception. Second arrival was late, security guard gave us keys and we finalized paper work the day after. Rooms are large and nice! Location is absolutely perfect, so many restaurants and shops nearby. Best possible location. Staff is very kind and helpful. In reception, Ms Pamela is always ready to help with any issue! Breakfasts and terrace for breakfast are so enjoyable

Location. Wake up in polanquito felt really nice. Me and my boyfriend walked 5 minutes to park Lincoln and all the nicest restaurants.
The room I booked was for 2 people but there was only one big towel. It looked smaller than in the picture. The view from the balcony was just to the wall and I couldn’t see how online you can book a better view.
