Terrible smell of humidity in the whole apartment and very noisy fridge. Impossible to ventilate because opening doors and windows made the place unsafe as intruders could get in

Muy buena opción en Polanco, gran ubicación.

El alojamiento es muy funcional y está bien equipado y espacioso; en realidad cuenta con lo necesario para una buena estancia (frigobar, microondas, utensilios, televisiones grandes); además, la cámada es muy cómoda y limpia, la recámara es silenciosa y en general la limpieza es adecuada. Las toallas, aunque no son nuevas, están bien cuidadas y la ropa de cama estaba lavada. Todos los días revisan la habitación y tienden la cama, que me parece un plus.

Desafortunadamente, el edificio es viejo y guarda aromas a humedad; además de presentar deterioros incómodos, por ejemplo, una llave del lavabo tiene una fuga y si hay cosas a un lado terminan mojadas. Hay una esquina que tiene moho y algunos muebles son viejos y desgastados.

A limpeza e localização são excelentes, assim como o espaço interno do apartamento. A cozinha, apesar de simples, tem o suficiente para bom preparo de café da manhã (não incluso). A equipe da portaria é cortes e atenciosa.

Alguns moveis ou espaços mostram maior tempo de uso, mas nada significativo. Havia uma torneira com vazamento que foi arrumada pela equipe de limpeza/manutenção.
