location, look of the space when you see it quickly, the nice staff.

breakfaast not a great experience, did not have cutlery ever on hand, or glasses and juice, the shower was hot then cold, not great light for bath, very nice property but lack elegance and service for the nice look of the rooms, very small closets, very difficult to open the front door, always ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for it and they forgot always. Although I loved the location and the look of the hotel it lacks the glass to give it a good suggestion.

Comfortable place to stay in Polanca at walking distance from various great restaurants

The room is spacious and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful host. The host recommended good places around the hotel and assisted with anything we requested.

It would be nice to have a little more extensive breakfast and coffee. The bathroom is good but if the hot water could be fixed so it doesn’t suddenly change to cold water, that would be great.

Very disappointed would definitely chose other properties

The location was good

Hotel is really a small apartment building. Not at all a hotel. Staff management said that we could change our dates. When we tried to rebook they would not honor our reservation. We lost our monies paid. Also not even coffee is free for breakfast. Our room did not have a closet. I would not stay there if you have other options.

My stay at Lamartine was amazing — simply perfect! I loved everything about this property. The style is modern and sophisticated, with beautifully designed spaces that feel both luxurious and private. The service was outstanding — attentive without being intrusive — and the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Polanco but tucked away enough to feel calm and quiet. The boutique gym on the rooftop was a great bonus, and everything was spotless and thoughtfully curated. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

PESSIMO SOGGIORNO, NON CI TORNERO' PIU'. STRUTTURA INADEGUATA.

colazione pessima e scarsa, caffè espresso a pagamento ( considerate che la stanza è costata quasi 300 euro) reception inesistente , personale non preparato, bagni delle camere non puliti, doccia con acqua fredda, wifi non funzionante, mancanza di un telefono in camera ( non ho potuto contattare nessuno della reception). bottiglie d'acqua insufficienti nella stanza. Rumore assordante del traffico e lavori in corso , impossibilità di dormire.

Struttura molto bella che necessiterebbe di un piccolo plus nel servizio offerto.

Hotel molto bello e confortevole. Molto bella l'idea del caffe e della boutique di candele nella lobby. E'stato piacevole poter lavorare all'aperto davanti ad un buon caffe.

La colazione andrebbe migliorata almeno offrendo bevande calde a partire dalle 7 del mattino. Sarebbe importante avere almeno durante tutto il giorno (dalle 7 am alle 7pm) qualcuno che parli inglese.

buen lugar para hospedarse y sentirse cerca de casa

me gustó mucho el espacio, me hizo sentir muy a gusto , y no quería salir del lugar, quiero ir pronto disfrutar mas tiempo. me encantó hacerme mi café, su boutique es muy bonita y tiene cosas interesantes, tuve la oportunidad de pasar tiempo en la terraza y fue muy cómodo trabajar ahí.

el agua caliente fue intermitente , no se pudo regular correctamente a temperatura media.

Me encantó el hotel

Todo estuvo de maravilla. Las instalaciones y habitaciones estaban muy bonitas, cuidadas y limpias. El staff siempre muy educado y dispuesto a ayudar. Muy buena ubicación

Lo único que no me gustó, es que la temperatura, de la regadera, cambia a cada rato. Pasa de muy caliente a helado. Ojalá pudieran arreglar eso, ya que era muy molesto tener que tomar una ducha
