La ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento es realmente amplio y coincide con las fotografías. La comunicación era rápida, me respondieron casi de inmediato cualquier duda. La amabilidad del personal del edificio fue de lo mejor.
El método de pago me generó algo de preocupación, pero todo salió bien. El piso de madera hace ruido al caminar pero nada grave.

Ampltud de la estancia. Instrucciones de entrada y recepción correctas. Sitio con calma en el entorno. Bien equipado (lavadora, secadora, plancha, secador de pelo). Estancia correcta y sin sorpresas.
El acceso a la terraza está por fuera del apartamento.

Lugar amplio, bien ubicado, buena atención. Es viejo, falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza.
UBICACION, amplitud, buena atención del propietario
ESTA VIEJO, FALTA MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA. El procedimiento de pago es complicado, te cobran un depósito de 300 usd por si hay desperfectos. Pero el lugar en si mismo, tienen muchos desperfectos y tuve que estar mandando fotos para evitar cobros. Las ventanas tienen una película blanca porque no da a la calle, sino a pequeños patios y se siente encerrado. En la publicidad dicen que cuenta con terraza, pero no es verdad. tal vez en la azotea, nunca la encontré. si lo arreglan y lo remodelan, podría ser una gran opción de hospedaje.
