On the positive side, the hotel is located close to the metro, the beds were comfortable, and the photos of the hotel matched reality.

Upon checking into the room, we noticed that unfortunately it had not been cleaned properly or was only partially cleaned. We did not bring slippers with us, and our socks immediately turned black from the dirty floor. We then found false eyelashes on the table and on the floor, cobwebs on the walls, and a lot of dust. The kitchen cabinets were sticky — it was clear that the room had not been deep-cleaned for a long time. We reported the issue via WhatsApp and provided all the necessary evidence in the form of photos, but the hotel administration did not resolve the problem. It was very unpleasant that we had to stay in such a room.
