Austrian designed Home close to city centre

We booked this accommodation later the same evening after an issue with our previous booking, and the difference was honestly remarkable. The host provided complete and clear check-in instructions, including precise information about the location and how to access the property. They even included photos to make the instructions easier to follow, which made the entire check-in process very smooth and stress-free. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, including a washing machine with laundry supplies, coffee capsules for the coffee machine, kitchen utensils, shampoo, shower gel and towels. The bed was clean and freshly made, and there was a large fan, which was especially helpful given the high temperatures in Vienna. There was also a small elevator, which was convenient when travelling with luggage and young children. There were a few minor areas for improvement. The floor felt slightly sticky, there was some dust, and some of the kitchen utensils did not appear to have been completely clean. Overall, however, these were relatively minor issues compared with the many positives. Most importantly, the host was responsive, well-organised and provided all the information we needed, making the stay much easier and more comfortable. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend this accommodation

The apartment was of good size, airy, with high ceilings, clean and tidy, equipped with everything one may need for a few days. It is located on the 3rd floor of a stately 100-year old house. Indeed, the stairwell was a bit worn on the edges, but the apartment itself was renovated, fresh and nice. Our check-in went smoothly and the owner kept contact and shared recommendations via WhatsApp. Meidling is a quiet and green residential area built in the 1920s, located 5 km from the Inner City. There are bus stops on either side of the street 200-300 m from the house, from where you can take #59A to Karlsplatz (25 minutes) or to Meidling Bahnhof U-Bahn station (1 km, 7 minutes). The nearest U-Bahn station is Längenfeldgasse (700 m, just a short walk) and S-Bahn/tram stop is Arbeiterstrasse, Gürtel (400 m). It is useful to buy a 1-, 2-, 3- or 7-day ticket that allows unlimited travel on tram/S-Bahn and U-Bahn. There is an Eurospar supermarket on a street corner some 300 m away and there are a few cafes around. We did not visit them as it was more comfortable to make coffee and breakfast in the apartment.

We had no complaints at all.

Nice apartment, clean and comfy. Good position with metro to center View at 10min. Communication with owner was smooth and he gave as useful advice.

The location of property is great. It is on a walking distance from metro station which quickly takes you to city center. Neighborhood is really quiet and peacefull.
