I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this hostel! The location is very convenient and not far from the bus station, the room was nice and cool, and the bed was very comfortable. The sheets were clean and fresh, with a lovely clean laundry scent that made me feel very comfortable and reassured. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were very accommodating with check-in, helped me store my luggage, and even let me stay and rest for a while. I really appreciated their warm hospitality and kindness.

Good service, very clean and neat

Didn’t have a bed for me at first, but quickly resolved the problem

They were very flexible with late check in.

We stayed for two nights and had booked a private room for two people. The first night we got a room that had two bunk beds, meant for four people and there was very strong smell of cigarettes. For the second night we were able to change for the private room but there were issues with the lock and it got stuck (the staff was helpful though). Our only options were to not lock the door as the staff recommended which didn’t feel very safe or lock the door and risk getting stuck inside (the staff had to climb through the window to get the door open). Also the kitchen was not very clean and didn’t look like in the pictures and there were dirty looking dishes in the cabinets but maybe that’s on the other customers.
