This accommodation was a good choice for our short stay. It has everything what you need for a short stay. We especially liked terrace in the courtyard, typical Italian shared courtyard so you could watch our neigbour’s daily routines. Silvio was nice and he sent us instructions before arrival and was ready there with keys. In fridge we found bottle of water and milk. There was also coffee machine and few coffee capsules ready for us, which was really nice.
There’s no window except the main doors so it’s hard to get fresh air in, but there are two A/C units. Some parts of the room are made sloppily, the repairs are pretty shoddy which is weird as the room seems to be after recent reconstruction. From the technical room went a bad odour so we opened it and found the bucket with swab and dirty water.
