Die Lage war hervorragend. In kurzer Zeit ist man in der Innenstadt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Hat uns früher in die Wohnung gelassen und wir durften auch länger bleiben. ( Wegen Flug ) Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ! Matratzen waren gut und auch immer heisses Wasser in der Dusche.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schlechten Gegend. Überall Müll. Der Innenhof auch furchtbar! Aber das Schlimmste ist das ständige gebrüll der Nachbarn ( Vermieter ist der gleiche wie von der Fewo), also könnte er das ändern ! Die festen Mieter aus 2 Wohnungen sitzen vor der Eingangstüre und unterhalten ( schreien ) so laut,dass man es nur mit Ohrstöpsel in der Wohnung aushält. Auch in der Wohnung über über uns war ständig lautstarker Steit, auch nachts um 05.00 Uhr . Wir kommen wieder nach Catania, aber nicht in einer dieser Wohnungen !
