Kind House Apartment

The property was very clean, secure and also felt safe. There is a gated courtyard that was easy to access if staying at the property. It was nice to have a fully separate sleeping space with a door as alot of properties only seem to have a curtain to close off sleeping. The host was fantastic and helped us find our secure parking space nearby very easily. The host was attentive, helpful and communicative. Water, coffee, tea and pastries were there for us. Very close to the beautiful historic center. Can also drop luggage and pick up from the door before dropping car which was a nice option.

Catania is a very busy place and there is a little walk from the car park to the apartment. The walk itself isn't far, just a tad nerve-wracking with a young child. Not easy to push a stroller. Recommend a shoulder ride and we were all good. Water is not potable which is a very easy workaround, just something to note.

This private and secure ground floor apartmant in Catania is perfectly locacted close to the beautiful old town and fabulous restaurant area of Catania. You are just a short stroll away from the historic heart of the city and shopping area making it ideal as a base to explore and check out this amazing city. Dario is the perfect host looking after his guests so well with excellent communication before and during your stay. And if you have a car, Dario organises parking in a very secure private garage a short walk ftom the apartment. I thoroughly recommend this excellent apaemrtment that offers a large range of breakfast pastries,  coffee and a lovely little bottle of prosecco to welcome you!

Catania is a very busy city! Be sure to allow extra time when driving in and out as this apartment is in the heart of the city. But it is worth it and the parking Dario provides is in a very secure garage very close to the apartment.
