Тепло (в зимовий час в деяких помешканнях прохолодно), є все для життя (плита, посуд, холодильник, чайник, мікрохвильовка тощо навіть тампони - хіба крім пралки, але вона мало де є), закрита тераса з столиками, розташування зручне для прогулянок в центрі, але зважте, що тут як в Неаполі місто ділиться на впорядковане і хаотичне і це помешкання в хаотичній частині. Від цього нема особливих незручностей, хіба треба обережно ходити щоб не збили ), але тільки якщо ви не на авто (про це далі)
1 Вулиця дуже вузька, рух жахливий і всі машини стоять побиті - тож якщо ви не хочете побити машину ставте іі на стоянку Polina, але ціна 50%+ від вартості помешкання. Імхо господар мав би про це попереджати 2 Кондиціонер працює на прищепці і вона тріщить ) 3 Стінки трохи мажуться добре було б полакуввти

Facilité d'échange ,L'arrivée facile avec le code pour accéder à la clé, petit patio très agréable. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Proche du centre. Rapport qualité prix.
Autant la localisation est très centrale, autant la rue n'est pas très attrayante et assez déserte (nous n'avons eu aucun souci )semble un peu insécur la nuit pour une personne seule peut être.
