La pulizia quasi maniacale e la simpatia dell'host, asciugamani in numero maggiore degli occupanti dell'appartamento, macchinetta del caffè a disposizione con cialde e tutto l'occorrente per prepararsi una bevanda caldo. Insomma un monolocale piccolo, ma accogliente.
Il contesto dove si trova, ma questo non deve spaventare, perché non ho avuto nessun problema durante i miei spostamenti a piedi; il fatto di non essere riuscito a connettermi al wifi della struttura (nonostante inserissi la password riportata sul foglio fornito dall'host, mi dava sempre che questa era errata).
