L'alloggio si trova vicino al centro di Catania, in una posizione comoda per esplorare la città. Un vantaggio importante è che sono riuscito a parcheggiare in strada gratuitamente, cosa non sempre facile nelle città siciliane. Il condominio è un po' datato, ma l'appartamento interno è moderno e abbastanza aggiornato. Questo crea un contrasto interessante: l'esterno del Buildings potrebbe sembrare vecchio, ma dentro si trova un ambiente contemporaneo con finiture moderne e funzionale. Proprietario disponibile: Molto helpful a risolvere un problema con il gas, dimostrando grande professionalità e attenzione agli ospiti

la mancanza di acqua calda e gas per i fornelli perché la bombola del gas era finita, ma subito risolto dal proprietario con molta professionalità e soprattutto di domenica !!!

Чудова та чиста квартира! Господар був надзвичайно добрим, з розумінням поставився до всього і був супер ввічливим щодо будь-яких наших потреб. Чудове розташування. Дуже рекомендую!

Tidy and modern interior.

The place is located in an area of town hard to even get an Uber. long walk for sight seeing, very noisy at night with young teen downstairs in the block riding around in circles on a noisy motor scooter until 9pm and children running around screaming out smashing things..at 1150 pm woke to the sound of water dripping heavily in kitchen area where water was coming out of air conditioner unit all over dining table and floor around midnight.. I had a slip on the wet tiled floor in the dark.before discovering the leaking air conditioner..not too seriously luckily but not happy about situation and had to use hand towel to mop up wet floor. We were advised by message at 9.00 pm about a 4 euro City Tax ..we only had 3.70 euro in cash and had to catch early flight so that's all we could leave onsite at 0430 when we were trying to get Uber to Airport after very little sleep. When a B&B advertises the second B in B&B means Breakfast included it should be a little better than a black coffee pod with no milk and a small packet cake. Not a good experience for us at all.
