Old Town Apartments Catania offers two apartments: a two-room apartment (Superior Apartment) featuring a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed and a mezzanine level with a cozy bedroom and bathroom (sleeps 2 or 4 people).
The second apartment is a superior studio with a kitchenette equipped with all amenities (sleeps 2).
It is also possible, by opening a flush-mounted door, to combine the two apartments into a single accommodation unit for 6 people.
Old Town Apartments Catania, completely renovated in 2020, features a cozy and spacious living room, furnished in a modern style while still paying attention to traditional details, such as brick walls with elements of lava stone from Mount Etna.
Different lighting levels throughout the space allow you to customize your living experience to suit your personal taste.
The artwork on the walls features prints of unique photographs capturing the local landscape, exuding the city’s millennia-old history and the beauty of nature, including the majesty of Mount Etna—Europe’s largest active volcano—a gentle giant towering over Catania.
Both apartments feature fiber-optic Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, and flat-screen TVs with streaming services.
Private parking is available for a fee.
The city’s main attractions are just a few hundred meters away and are easily accessible on foot.

Just a few minutes’ walk away—only 400 meters from our apartments—you’ll find the marvelous Benedictine Monastery complex and the enchanting Via dei Crociferi.
Via Etnea, the city’s main thoroughfare, is less than a 10-minute walk away.
In the evening, numerous traditional restaurants and pubs—which embody Catania’s lively and vibrant spirit and nightlife—are located near the apartments, yet they do not disturb the tranquility of the immediate surroundings.
