La posizione centralissima e comoda, ci si muove nell'arco di due km, sia piedi che con l'autobus, zona silenziosa, la modernità dell'appartamento, la totale indipendenza nel check in e check out. Appartamento abbastanza ben fornito del necessario, a livello strada, niente scale.
Un po freddino, l'inverter non riscaldava. La mancanza del bidet, ma il doccino era comunque funzionale.

A szállás Catania belvárosában található, igy a helyi látványosságok könnyen, akár gyalogszerrel is megközelíthetőek.
A szállás felszereltsége hiányos és azok állapota, illetve tisztasága is megkérdőjelezhető. (Egy négy személyes szálláshelyen például az 1 db kávés/teás csésze értelmezhetetlen mennyiség!) A szállás lakástextiliái és a a bútorkárpitok régen láttak mosógépet, vagy nagyobb tisztítást.
