Cozy's house is equipped with every comfort to make your stay in beautiful Catania adorable. The convenience of being on the ground floor facilitates guests with luggage. The whole house is very bright and with windows, the rooms are equipped with a 32 "smart TV, air conditioning, a bed with a chest of drawers, a chest of drawers and clothes hangers, a mirror. Comes with a washing machine, coffee maker (including capsules), kettle and toaster to prepare a breakfast, iron and ironing board. In the heart of the city, where on foot you can reach the most beautiful tourist attractions of the city and at only 50 meters a mini market convenient for everything you need for your stay.
At 50 meters you reach Via Vittorio Emanuele and Via Garibaldi where there are bus stops, just 10 minutes you reach the Via Sangiuliano, theater of the famous "acchianata (ascent) of Sangiuliano, the 3 days of celebration of the patron saint of Catania Sant 'Agate.
In 10 minutes you reach the beautiful Piazza Duomo, from where you access the folk "fish market", which on Sunday and evening becomes the scene of the Catania nightlife, with pubs and typical restaurants where you can taste the Sicilian cuisine, accompanied by a good glass of wine .
A 15-minute drive takes you to the airport and a 20-minute walk to the central station.
The host will be available throughout the guests' stay, for any need in order to make the holiday as satisfying as possible .. interacting with the guests would be nice and if possible take them around a bit .... It could provide a service shuttle on request, always if available, at € 30.

We had a great visit! We arrived very early at our location, and the host allowed us to drop off our luggage much earlier than expected. He accommodated us very well.

Wer eine günstige Unterkunft sucht ist hier genau richtig.
Das Apartment ist schön, sowie in einem sehr gutem und sauberen Zustand.
Handtücher, Kaffee sowie Tee und Wasser werden von dem Vermieter gestellt.
Man beachte aber, das man in dieser Gegend mobil sein sollte. Da Catania sehr viele Gassen besitzt und der Strand auch ein ganz schönes Stück entfernt ist.
In der Nähe von der Unterkunft befinden sich einige Sehenswürdigkeiten (zb Altes Römisches Theater), die man zu Fuß ablegen kann.
Auch kleine Geschäfte wie Mini Markt Bäcker und eine Pizzaria ist in weniger als 3min zu erreichen.
