There was a little mixup with my booking on which room I was really staying in, but staff were responsive and flexible and resolved the issue without any trouble. Staff are easy to reach with WhatsApp. The room I stayed in wasn't fancy, but was spacious and had a nice view of Tiranë. It was clean and comfortable, and centrally located, only a short walk from Skenderbeg Square and most of the major sights.
There could have been more toilet paper in the bathroom.
