Panoramic Seaview Coastal Retreat with Pool

The view is beautiful, the patio is great, and the pool is a nice addition. The villa would have much greater potential if it were properly renovated and better maintained.

The interior is very outdated. The listing says there is a coffee machine, kitchen utensils, and a refrigerator. However, none of the knives are sharp, and the main refrigerator is broken and works poorly. Fortunately, there is a second one. On the last day, the electricity went out completely. One shower works fine, but the other has very low water pressure. The water is only barely warm, and one of the toilets is broken and runs continuously.
