Building has historical charm. The layout of the flat is really interesting with the split level. Really good decor and with 3 spacious bathrooms, a good sized kitchen and a really big lounge. Loved the exposed beams in some of the areas. The fans were most welcome!! Loved the stair lighting, very practical too. Well insulated from sound, wouldn't believe you were a stones throw from the centre of Canterbury. Great having a parking space. 5 minute walk or so and in the city centre.
Struggling to answer this question. Nit-picking, had to be careful with the main bathroom shower since it was easy for water to come out onto the mat/floor. Not that it affected us, if guests turned up in 2 cars, would need to pay for parking down the road for the second car but again this is me struggling to answer!!

Apartment was a great size, plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked and lovely touches like board games in the cupboard etc.
Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean with lovely luxuries like extra flannels, toiletries etc. And fans provided to keep the rooms cool in the hot weather. Conveniemtly located with off road parking, approximatley 15 - 20 minutes walk into the main town.
Communal area on the walk up to the apartment was a little tired.
No lift, so would struggle if you had mobility issues. Small children who needed to be carried up and down stairs with buggies etc.

Very comfortable, clean , and we wanted for nothing. Fabulous apartment.
It was all we needed for a lovely stay , perfect location, comfortable, clean,perfect stay .
