Location very good for the sites of Canterbury
The description said there was private parking, but there wasn't. It was easy to park on Military Road nearby.

the property was spacious and answered all our needs.
the property was not clean despite the property management insistence that it was cleaned regularly. when we got the property, we tried using the upstairs bathrooms but it seemed be clogged. when we tried using the toilet brush (which was filthy) to open the clog, the water painted brown from the filthy toilet brush and I almost vomited. when I opened the curtains in the kitchen, I've saw a lot of spider webs. if someone is cleaning the place regularly they're not doing a good job at all and the place just looked clean, but was actually filthy.
