Becici residance pool and sauna

The apartment itself is well equipped — there is everything needed for cooking and daily living, including a washing machine, dishes, pots, etc. The balcony is very nice, with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The location is also convenient, with the beach and shops nearby. A few things to keep in mind: the bed is quite small for two people (around 150 cm wide). Also, the kitchen chairs did not match the photos — in reality they were tall, metal, unstable, and uncomfortable to sit on for a longer period of time.

The main issue was the attitude towards guests when problems occurred. Technical issues can happen anywhere, but unfortunately in our case there was no real help, involvement, or understanding from the manager. One evening the water was completely unavailable, and we were left without any assistance or even answers about what we were supposed to do in that situation. There was also an unpleasant situation when we returned and found the apartment door wide open while all of our personal belongings were still inside. Instead of trying to understand the situation, we were basically told that it was probably our own fault. What disappointed us most was not the technical problems themselves, but the complete lack of communication, support, and basic understanding during our stay.
