המארח היה מאוד חביב ופתר בעיות במהירות. הכל היה נקי, והייתה מכונת קפה עם קפסולות שזה היה נחמד עבורי. המטבח היה מצוייד בכלי אוכל ובישול. הדירה ממוקמת ברחוב שקט שזה היה חשוב עבורי. אמבטיה מעוצבת ונוחה (למרות שהיה עדיף להוסיף גם וילון כי החדר כולו נרטב בזמן המקלחת). הרבה ארונות לאחסון חפצים.
הדירה מתוארת כדירה ממוזגת עם 3 חדרי שינה. ציפיתי שיהיה סלון פלוס 3 חדרי שינה, כשלמעשה הסלון הוסב להיות חדר שינה. כמו כן מזגן רק במטבח (אני מבינה שזה שכיח בדירות בבוקרשט, אבל זה לא היה אידיאלי בעונת הקיץ). היו מאווררים בשניים מתוך שלושת חדרי השינה, שזה אכן עזר לתחושה נעימה בחדרים, אבל בחדר שבו לא היה מאוורר היה פחות נעים. בבקרים חדר אור רב לחדרי השינה על אף הוילונות חוסמי האור, וזה גרם לנו להתעורר מאוד מוקדם, והשפיע לרעה על ההנאה שלנו מהחופשה. התנור אפיה מופעל בגז, והתקשיתי להדליק אותו, ולכן לא יכולתי לבשל את כל האוכל כפי שרציתי.
