Close to my points of interest . Basic facilities (kitchen cuttlery : one more knife it will be useful and bathroom amenities : missing shower gel ,, missing ear sticks , only licquid soap available) . Advices from the owner on how and where to park your car and how to access the building .
I would have liked to receive 2-3 small bags of sugar for tea / coffee even I have asked to the owner .. I would have liked to receive a corkscrew for glass bottle cork opening .

- the room looked modern, newly built. - the location is quite central, but still far from metro stations, so use taxi/uber and you will be fine
- the communication was not the best, the host continually rejected my calls and preferred whatsapp texts instead - this is not necessarily bad, but it creates delays and uncertainty for the guest - the host felt completely unorganized: on the last night before check out at around 22 I had to approach him about payment since i hadn't heard from him, just to find out that card payment was not possible (even though advertised on the app). Doesn't seem professional, travelers might not have the local currency on them, so they need to be let know in advance. - the room had a heating issue the first night, the boiler had no pressure
