New Stylish Flat Near Old Town

Location and modern facilities. It was easy to walk everywhere.

I believed there was a real twin bed but it was a convertible chair and too short for my Don so we had to use the sofa bed. It worked ok so no problem.

Disponibilità del proprietario. Abbiamo ricevuto 3 asciugamani in meno e 1 sporco e in un paio d’ore sono venuti a riportarci quelli mancanti e a sostituire quello sporco.

Non adatta a 5 persone ma perfetto per 4 ( il quinto letto era il cuscino del sotto del divano letto )

Everything was perfect.

The host said he had sent me instructions via WhatsApp on how to get the keys to the lockbox before our arrival, but I didn't get them, so we had a challenging time opening the door until I called the host and he gave me instructions. The apartment lacks a number of things for a better stay (ie kitchen towels, napkins, hooks for towels in bathroom, more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4 staying 3 nights, cleaning supplies, broom and mop). Also, when we arrived late at night my kids were going to sleep in the sofa bed and there was a bug on the pillow. So, we took them to the bedroom and when I was going to put them to bed, the linens had brown stains. If the linens were clean, the stains did not make them look clean. Also, the host was pretty unresponsive when we were going to checkout (replied to a question I had regarding the trash and recycling bin entrance 3 hours afterwards) and there are some things that need fixing (ie faucet in bathroom doesn't stay running unless you lift handle all the way up and the front door doesn't lock unless you lock it with the key from the inside).
