הגענו משפחה של 9 נפשות (זוג+7). הבית גדול ומרווח. מזגנים בכל חדר. חניה נוחה. אשכולות ענבים על הגדר שניתן ליהנות מהם. המארח נחמד מאד והשתדל לעזור ככל שיכל, היה זמין והגיע מיד בכל פעם שקראנו לו. בחרנו את המיקום (קופליק) כדי לצאת לחלקים הצפוניים של אלבניה. הבית וקרוב לסופר ותחנת דלק. וכל זה במחיר זול מאד.
בערב הראשון החשמל קפץ. מסתבר שהכל שם (כנראה באלבניה בכלל) עובד על חשמל כולל זרם המים, ולכן אי אפשר להתקלח ובמקביל להפעיל קומקום; אי אפשר להתקלח בשתי המקלחות במקביל (דבר שלנו היה מאד חשוב) ואפילו מפתח לשירותים-מקלחת השניים לא היה (בהתחלה גם האור לא עבד שם, אבל המארח סידר זאת לבקשתנו. אך כאמור תוך כמה דקות גילינו שזה לא רלוונטי, בלי מפתח ובלי יכולת להשתמש במקלחת). במטבח יש שתי להבות גז שעובדות (אחת עבדה בקלות, לשניה היה צריך לעזור). אחרי שלמדנו איך "להתשמש" בבבית, נהננו מאד בהמשך השהייה.
