Clean & well equipped, excellent WiFi etc

Beautiful caravan, had everything in there that you could possibly need and more! Answered the phone when we needed to ask a question. Not ever stayed in a caravan as clean, tidy and had everything in there before! Best caravan by far! 100% recommended and will be staying again.

clean had all the equipment we needed was in a nice location and not too far from the main activities

Overall the caravan was very clean, there were however unpleasant looking stains on the curtains (most of which were hanging off the runners at the ends) seats in lounge comfy but threadbare in places. Unable to open kitchen window as one handle appeared to be locked and one lounge window even when shut you could fit your finger in the gap so quite drafty. Heater in bedroom used but although hot to touch produced next to no heat so was very chilly. Yes I know it's May and it's warm but by night a caravan can be chilly. On the plus side beautiful views, parking right next to caravan

Phone call from owner saying we hadn't left the key in key safe, I explained I was sure my husband did when we left and that I would check with him and was told "time is of the essence with my cleaner they have a schedule" I explained that my husband was only in a shop and I would call back asap, within 5 minutes I had spoken to my husband who reassured me he had infact put the key in the keysafe upon leaving. I telephoned the owner straight back and informed him, to which he replied "oh the next lot of people must have gone in earlier than expected and that he would check" no apology no further call back to say they had gotten the key. Not very customer friendly !
