Really cosy and clean , quiet position and brilliant for getting to the beach . Very easy to get there by train and also easy to visit other areas . Easy flat walk along the coast to Dawlish . Karen was absolutely lovely ,she rang to let us know everything was ready as she knew we were arriving by train ,she checked we were happy with the caravan and to see if we needed anything .

A very warm welcoming homely caravan, nice quite site, only a short walk to supermarket, chippie etc. The host Karen is a delight to deal with, really accommodating, easy to speak to. Looking forward to a return visit at some point.

Location close to sea and amenities and to get to a variety of places .
Was an old caravan and needs some attention inside and out but made the best of it.
