Located in calm part of Sithonia, 5min walk from the Salonikiou beach - ideal for those avoiding crowds. The house is just fine enough to accommodate 7 persons. There is a bedroom for a couple on the first floor, bunk bed for 2 kids in the corridor leading to a staircase connecting the mezzanine with beds for another 3 persons. Rooms have wardrobes for storing clothes. Bathrooms were clean and warm water was available after turning on the heating system. The table in living room is for 4 persons, we used the outdoor table with 8 seats. There is a pleasant small garden with lot of shade from trees and benches with comfortable pillows. TV and wifi were working perfectly. Air conditions were in all rooms including the kitchen. There was a beach umbrella available in the storage room under the staircase. Car parking is just in front of the house.

Almost every accommodation has some weaknesses - but the point is how the host responds to requests, and here we had very good experience. We asked for extra bed sheets for double beds and we got them instantly, later we noticed that the staircase railingwas detached from the wall and it was repaired in short time. The kitchen is full of appliances (three coffe making machines :-) ) but no simple water boiling kettle, so we used the stove. Note there is no dish washing machine although it is listed among equipment. The staircase from the groundfloor is steep, not suitable for small kids or those with limited mobility. Mosquito nets could be in better shape but there are repellents at all rooms. Note that at night / early morning one can hear cars on the road in front of the house, but the traffic is very low.
