Xalonia Villas

Къщата наистина е още по-хубава от колкото на снимките. Стаите са достатъчно широки и светли. Има две бани с душ и една тоалетна. Кухнята беше напълно оборудвана и не ни липсваше нищо. Басейна е прекрасен, водата беше малко студена, но не беше проблем. Почистват го всяка сутрин, както и барбекюто, което също е страхотно. Общото пространство е великолепно. В близост има прекрасен плаж, но все пак препоръчвам да се ходи с кола. Домакинята Нора е прекрасна, винаги беше на наше разположение. Местата за паркиране са супер. Ние бяхме с 3 коли и имаше място за всички. Топла вода имаше постоянно и за всички, ние бяхме 7 човека. До нас къщичките бяха заети и въпреки това, не сме усетили неприятен шум или пък да са се оплакали ние да сме вдигали шум. Със сигурност бих посетила мястото отново и горещо го препоръчвам на всички!

We stayed at one of the Xalonia Villas during the second week of July 2026, two families with children. The host and owner, Nora, welcomed us upon arrival and was available throughout our stay for anything we needed. The villa was meticulously clean and fully equipped for two families of four. The property includes several houses, each with convenient parking right next to the unit, and the entire area is secured with a gated entrance. The view was gorgeous, and the pool was cleaned daily. Although we couldn’t walk to Trani Ammouda Beach, it was only a five‑minute drive. The beach is one of Greece’s Blue Zone beaches, with golden sand and exceptionally clear blue water. It was pleasantly uncrowded during the week, becoming busier only on weekends. There is also an inflatable water park for children at a reasonable price. Agios Nikolaos is a charming little town, just a 7–10 minute walk from the villa. The center offers a variety of restaurants and tavernas with very reasonable prices. This was our first time in the Sithonia area, and we loved the experience. We would gladly return to Xalonia Villas.

Locație superbă, plajă la aproximativ 2 km, zona liniștită, cazare în condiții excepționale (curățenie, dotări). Gazda fff primitoare și amabilă. Recomand pentru familii sau grupuri de prieteni!
