6 Guests - 2BR Flat 2 Min Walk to Emirates Stadium - 3 Mins to Tube

We loved the apartment, which was very comfortable and just gave a warm welcome home feeling. Wasn’t that happy that the cleaner still asked for another 15-20 min after arrival . We also decided to wash our cups again after we found two, that had still the coffee marks inside. The cleaner could do a bit better .

Our sleep was interrupted due to loud noises from upstairs at 2am, which sounded like the moving of furniture from one room to another. It continued for at least one hour until we complained to the upstairs person.

Location was amazing. Right next to the tube & emirates station, also local corner shop for ease & near a Sainsbury’s Costa & McDonald’s!

The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but as we were only there 2 nights it was fine for us.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation was exactly same as photos. The host was so friendly and kind. I want to stay here again next time. Highly recommended :)

The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made communication easy. The location is convenient with shops and affordable food nearby, and the flat itself had everything we needed, including good fans which were essential during the heat. The beds were comfortable and overall the apartment is practical for a short stay.

There were some cleanliness and maintenance issues on arrival, such as a dirty bathroom mirror and used towels left on the bathroom floor. The drainage in the shower and sink was also quite slow, which made them inconvenient to use. Some aspects of the property were also misleading or inconvenient, including the steep, narrow, curved staircase to the second floor and the walking distance to the tube being longer than advertised (in reality around 6–7 minutes at a normal pace). We also experienced a security concern when the main entrance door was left open by other guests or others using the same entrance. A few additional maintenance issues added to the overall inconvenience, such as a difficult fridge door with items freezing in the back, a loose kitchen drawer that came off when opened, and a broken drying rack that could not be used. That said, not everything was negative, we had a decent stay overall. I mainly wanted to highlight a few things that could be improved, and to give future guests a clearer idea of what to expect regarding the staircase and the walking distance to the tube.
