Location , communication of host. Cleanliness of apartment
Double bed was uncomfortable and worn needed changing which host said he was planning to do. Would be nice to have some water in fridge as complimentary

Was ideal for 5 going to a concert. Good location. A good base for exploring city, didn’t spend huge times in room. Jason was most helpful with us at check-in, providing updates and giving us useful information.

The location of the apartment so close to the Emirates Stadium was perfect for us. Jason was easy to communicate with and efficient.
The photos are overly flattering … the apartment is small - we were only 2 people so it was fine. You can hear everything going on in the building. There was an issue with sewage smell in the bathroom which I understand was resolved after we left.
