The apartment was close to the tube station with a Tesco Express handy. Good communication from the hosts upfront.
The boiler broke down on the one night (it was freezing & no hot water) and we had no response back from the hosts until mid afternoon the next day despite texting & phoning. There are no details on how to get to the flat which involves a series of different elevators (one of which didnt work going up) and pathways - very confusing when you first arrive and staff at the reception werent much help - only 1 key provided. The flat could definitely do with instructions on use of appliances, local amenities etc.
