Penthouse Style Apartment

The location, it was bright, roomy and clean.

The lounges were broken and not fixed during either of our stays ( we stayed twice, one week apart). It certainly isn’t penthouse style living. It was well worn and needs a refresh. There is no dishwasher or safe and the furniture was IKEA and uncomfortable.

Apartment was beautiful and bright and had so much room. Was equipped with everything you could possibly need utilities wise, and was things left by what I presume were from previous guests like washing up liquid, butter, sugar and other condiments which I thought was a nice touch and we done the same on departure. Check in process was the smoothest I have ever know. As soon as I booked I was put in touch with the provider (Antony) who couldn’t have been more helpful and was in constant touch. Even arranging for us to be able to access the apartment early as we arrived in King’s Cross just after noon. Property is near so many shops and off licences which is perfect for snacks and drinks to stock up on for your stay. Finsbury Park is the nearest tube station which is only a 7 minute walk from the property and is perfect for site seing and getting to all major landmarks

On an evening/during the night, it’s very loud! Mainly because sirens and road sweepers, but be mindful that it is located on a very busy Seven Sisters Road. Was very hot when we visited though so had to sleep with sky lights/balcony doors open even though bedrooms are also equipped with cooling units.

Done up to a good spec. Lift available to the floor.

It was a warm night and the fans were not adequate to cool the apartment.

it’s strategically located so good for city hopping.

When first came into the apartment, it smells a little awful. The cleaner didn’t do a good job on it. During our stay, the owner was not honest about the boiler issue and had a repair man to come which was totally unprofessional. We couldn’t use the kitchen as they were on the pipes in the kitchen and it was a mess. Had i known about the issue, i wouldn’t have booked the apartment. Other than that, it’s strategically located so good for city hopping. Such a pity, it would have been a good stay if it’s not because of the boiler issue.
