The place is nice, rooms and bathrooms are good size and convenient being upstairs.
The floor upstairs is making cracking noises when walking on and it’s very annoying if you are in the living room. There was a leak coming out from the light at the entrance, also we couldn’t manage the heating properly and showered with cold water most of the time. A mirror at the entrance, tv and fridge door was broken when we came in the first day.
Said that, Ann, the lady I dealt with, was lovely and very very prompt with her response and resolution of all the issues.
They granted as with a late check out which was a very nice gesture from their side.

Very beautiful property, even to the last finishing touches! Very modern and overall a really pleasant place!
The bedroom floorboards made a lot of noise, and I don’t like the idea that you have to pay extra to access the garden.

Piece de vie et chambre très spacieuses. Déco soignée, peut-être être un peu trop.
Équipement pour la cuisine apparemment suffisant mais nous n'avons pris que le petit déjeuner sur place.
Impossible de régler séparément la température du rez-de-chaussée et de l'étage, les thermostats ne fonctionnant pas. Le seul moyen de régler le chauffage est de régler la température de la chaudière. A notre arrivée 25°C au rez-de-chaussée et 27°C à l'étage dans les chambres. Nous avons fortement baissé la chaudière et ouvert les fenêtres (quel gâchis ! ) pour faire baisser le température plus rapidement. Le lendemain matin la température était presque normal mais la nuit fut assez inconfortable.
Autre point, les fenêtres des chambres isolent assez mal du bruit de la rue. Si vous avez le sommeil léger cela peut être désagréable.

The location was very good. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and a WC, so it was perfect for our group of 8 .
Kitchen had full equipment. The living room was very nice to relax .The temperature of the house was nice.
Our group consisted of 4 adults + 4 children aged 9-15 . The two sofas are small and not suitable for sleeping, just only for small children. The problem is that the second sofa is at the ground floor in the living room , on the road side and the bedrooms are on the first floor . So, we couldn't leave the 2 children alone on the ground floor at night to sleep on the couch. So the only way for us all to sleep was 1 couple at the master bedroom.At the other bedroom - 1 adult+ 2 children on the bed and 2 children on the couch and the 4th adult on the couch at the ground floor. Not comfortable for most of us for 3 nights.
