The location is beautiful with a nice view. We had AC in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms and living room, a nice outdoor area to enjoy meals or to relax. The accommodation is spacious and could make a great place for tourists if the agent/owner would refurbish and provide a good customer service.

We had a frustrating experience at this property, as it fell short of basic expectations in almost every area. The downstairs sink was broken, not supplying cold water and we've been told that someone will come to fix it the next day together with the dishwasher (we've stayed there 6 nights and no one came). This was a deliberate lie because when I expressed my disappointment at the end of our stay, the agent said just "I understand, sorry". To continue, the hot water ran out so quickly that it couldn't provide enough hot water for 8 persons to shower. TThe property was missing the basic supplies: toilet paper and hand soap. Also, there was no washing up liquid and sponge provided for dishes. We reported the lack of the above and we have been brought 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people and 6 nights of stay (felt like a joke) plus washing up liquid and sponge. The kitchen could be equipped better for people that are willing to cook for themselves as it's missing cooking utensils. The living room sofas were uncomfortable, the bed frames squeaked loudly and the mattresses were uncomfortable. The address provided on the booking platform was inaccurate.
