Satty Cozy Apartment

Posizione ottima: in 5 minuti in auto si arriva a Tivoli Park e 8 minuti si parcheggia in centro a Lubiana, ma ci si muove bene con l'autobus. Supermarket a 50 metri da casa anche se poco rifornito, ce ne sono due nel raggio di 1km (serve auto) molto meglio. Un plus il posto auto riservato e gratuito che non si trova troppo spesso. Disponibilità super dell'host in qualsiasi momento. Cucina fornita di tutto fino a 4 persone. Due terrazzi parzialmente coperti che offrono relax.

Aria condizionata è in realtà una macchina mobile in casa che per raffrescare gli ambienti ci sono voluti 3 giorni (a parziale, e comunque fondamentale scusante, la nostra presenza è probabilmente coinciso con giorni molto caldi a Lubiana). Bagno piccolo ma comunque accettabile. Il problema più grande è la seconda camera, dove non può arrivare il condizionatore e dormirci diventa complesso col caldo. L'appartamento è al primo piano, al secondo ci vivono altre persone che fanno orario di lavoro da cantiere, quindi manca un po di privacy.

En general, nuestra estancia fue buena. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La ubicación también es buena, ya que se puede llegar al centro en unos 15 minutos en autobús.

Como aspectos a tener en cuenta, el apartamento no dispone de aire acondicionado fijo, sino de un aparato portátil que hace bastante ruido, especialmente por la noche. Además, la distribución es un poco peculiar: la planta superior era solo para nosotros, pero la cocina, el salón y la cama principal estaban en un mismo espacio. Para ir al baño era necesario salir al rellano (hall), y lo mismo ocurría para acceder a la otra habitación, que tenía dos literas.

Fin lägenhet med ordentlig AC i köket. Trevlig värd och lätt att få tillträde. Bra parkering precis utanför och ligger i ett finare och lugnt område med butiker i närheten. Kändes som ett tryggt område.

Det gick att låsa en dörr men övriga var öppna (möjligen hittade vi bara inte nyckeln till dessa). En enda toalettrulle på 5 personer som bor i två nätter är dock lite lite. Ingen fläkt eller AC varken i vardagsrum eller sovrum var lite jobbigt i värmen. Köket är fräscht men kunde vunnit på att erbjuda åtminstone salt och peppar och kanske lite socker.

The owner was really responsive and fixed an issue we had as quickly as he could. The location was a nice, quiet neighbourhood with a restaurant and supermarket nearby.

This isn’t an apartment. There’s a sort of studio with a double bed and living area, dining room and kitchen, but the bathroom and the bunk room lead off a shared hallway. This meant that I was anxious that my children weren’t behind a locked door and the other people in the building could have gone into their room. The people living in the flat above were also smokers, so the hallway smelt really badly of cigarette smoke even though the ‘apartment’ itself didn’t smell of smoke. This was particularly unpleasant with small children. It was really expensive given the fact that it wasn’t private and smelt of smoke.
