The Blue Door - Skopelos

It was a complete honour and an absolute pleasure to have spent two glorious weeks in Costas' family home, that is less than a minute's stroll to the port with its restaurants and shops; no steep street steps to climb! The building's interior has been restored stunningly - every stylish mod con that you might ever need is here; the TWO modern bathrooms and kichen are beautifully kitted out and the refurbishment is striking, alongside keeping and complimenting the traditional original Skopelitan features. There are two balconies on the first floor, with different aspects so you can catch the sun throughout the day and watch the world go by. The house is kept immaculately clean, is extremely comfortable, has aircon in all the rooms and free wifi with access to Netflix and all the apps. Costas is an extremely kind and considerate host, easily reachable and quick to respond to every inquiry; no request is too small! In 16 years of staying on Skopelos, Costas' house is the best property I have rented. Definitely will be returning next year!! Thank you, Costas for creating an absolute gem of a property and for being the ultimate considerate host!! Bravo!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this house! First of all, the location is unbeatable—right in the center, making it super convenient to get everywhere. The house itself is amazing, comfortable, and spotless. What blew us away was how exceptionally well-equipped it is. The host has truly thought of everything and more: **Kitchen:** Fully stocked with top-quality, brand-new appliances and kitchenware. They even left us snacks and a lovely bottle of wine, which was such a warm welcome! **Living Room & Bathroom:** Packed with thoughtful extras—board games in the closet for fun evenings, plus a great selection of cosmetics and toiletries in both the living area and the bathroom. To top it all off, the host was incredible—super friendly, incredibly helpful, and responded almost instantly to any questions we had. You couldn't ask for a better place or a better host. Highly, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at The Blue Door! The location is excellent—just a short walk from the port, restaurants, and everything in the heart of Skopelos Town. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for our family of four. The welcome package was a lovely surprise, and having Netflix included was a great bonus for relaxing in the evenings. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish, with great local recommendations and a genuinely warm welcome. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
