Villa Strada

The location was incredible - stay in Skopelos village, it is beautiful! Rita, our host, was amazing. Such a joy! The out-of-town owner also sent us recommendations of restaurants and beaches before we arrived, such warmth and hospitality from all concerned. The apartment itself was truly beautiful, with incredible views of the port. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Wish we could have stayed longer.

I wouldn’t recommend this for elderly residents or those with mobility issues - it is at the top of the village so plenty of steps down and back up. We loved the picturesque village strolls up and down however! But we are fortunately able-bodied and fit.

The location allowed for the optimal experience being close to town but far enough away for the tranquility. Having 3 balconies and a patio ensured plenty of rest air and natural light. Staff was exceptionally helpful and extremely responsive to all questions.

I would recommend getting a few deeper small bowls that are great for cereal, salads and soups.
