The house has stunning views over the bay; was generally very clean and spacious.
The biggest issue with the property is the very dated bathroom, which has a bath that has lime scale and water stains accumulated over many years. It has an over-bath shower that is inadequate with the hot water pressure too low to keep the valve open. The bath is also not suitable for a shower as the standing area is too narrow. The bathroom is not of a suitable standard for a rented property.
