Everything! Stefano was a lovely and hospitable host. His place is an oasis during the heat wave. Bus right in front of the house, parking and a coop also next door. The place is well thought out, beautifully furnished! My wife and I are looking forward to another stay there in the future.

The place had everything I needed, cozy and secure. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Its location is about a 25min bus ride into the city centre, with the bus stop at the front door. It has shops close by for groceries and restaurants. Perfect!

Very spacious apartment, well equipped, easy to get into and host very quick to respond. I thought it was exceptionally clean! It was nice to get away from the crowds in Florence to this peaceful location. Transport was frequent and bus stop in front of apartment. It takes about 20 minutes depending on traffic. Bagno is a very peaceful location but has everything you need including 2 or 3 restaurants.
We know the area well so taking the bus wasn't a problem for us but it could be for less confident travellers. The other issue to note is that the bed is on a different level to the bathroom so anyone with mobility problems may find the stairs difficult to negotiate during the night. We did not find it a problem..
