Wonderful appartement - perfect for families

Apartement was just like the pictures and really clean when we arrived. Its located just outside the city centre and everything was reachable within a short walk or by bus. It is located at a main street so you can expect traffic noises however it gets drastically more quiet after 11pm. We were travelling with 4 adults and the appartement gave us enough space to relax each on our own. The balconys were clean and spacious and the neighbours really nice and quiet. The host was incredibly nice and communication was fantastic. We would recommened and hope to come back someday!

Perfect apartment in Florence

The instructions were very clear to check in, parking is inside. It's very well equiped, it has SO many small details well thought. The AC was a blessing in July. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, it's right by the river which makes it a nice walk. To the city centre is 40min or by Bus n14, 20. It was perfect for us 6: 3 rooms + 2 bathrooms. Internet works fast. I have nothing negative to say! I'd stay that again next time. We discovered an outdoor bar/terrace across the street, away from the tourist but vibrant and lively.

The property was very clean, spacious and had excellent amenities. It was a great place to regroup after a long day of sightseeing.

The only minor consideration was the distance to town Center. After walking all day, the apartment was great place to regroup after re-charge, but it was always a challenge to muster the energy to head back into Center for evening. This was totally our issue as there are simple bus options to take you there, saving time and steps! We just like to run on our own schedule so walking was our choice. Note for those who like the walking - recommend tossing the Arno and walking on the less busy side. Much more enjoyable and often faster (fewer intersections)

Great apartment that was perfect for our family trip

Great apartment. It wasn't easy to find a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Florence so we were really happy to find this place. The apartment has free and easy parking which was important to us as we travelled by car. The price was very good and the apartment had a lot of character and modern facilities. The host was very accessible and friendly, and there were some nice touches, including coffee machine and pods and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge.

Great position close to the tourist district well supported by frequent buses

As on the outskirts of florence while still being within 20minutes of the centre by Bus, it means that the appartment has excellent views of the rolling Tuscan hills and un restricted view of the blue sky from the front of the appartment property while viewing the river that runs through the centre of Florence from infront of the sittingroom. The owner has placed some chairs and a small table so that the front has an outside space that was not shown on the photos but allowed a view from both inside and outside of the river.

We were happy with the views from the front, so did not use the quieter rear verrandah as there is a road that runs alongside the river.

Exceptional

The flat is amazing, lots of space and a nice atmosphere. The kitchen was equipped with all basics, no need to shop for things like coffe, salt, etc.). The view of the Arno from the big living room window is simply fantastic. The flat is not really close to the city centre (a 20 min walk), but the amazing location right at the Arno more than makes up for it. The service of Marianna - the landlord - is also great, check-in and check-out are as easy as can be, everything done by phone. We have been staying for four weeks and had a great time!

Exceptional

This is a amazing apartment with a beautiful view over the River Arno. There are 3 balconies and a large terrace out the back. The apartment decor is exceptional and is well furnished. There are some great restaurants and shops nearby along with a nice walk along the river. The city centre is about 30 mins by foot and there are bikes provided if you prefer to ride. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend!

Very nice apartment, spacious, clean, kitchen with all the needed tools for a family. Free private parking available, too. The host was very hospitable and responsive to our requests and gave us useful instructions about restaurants around, places for shopping etc.

I wish there was air conditioning in all bedrooms (only one bedroom had AC, the others had fans).

Great, clean, cozy

The hostess is kind, helpful and welcoming, her instructions about the flat and check in are clear, her English and communicative skills are wonderful. The apartment is clean and cozy, there were all the essentials like dish soup, shower gel, salt, sugar and even beverages. It's our third visit to Italy and we have stayed in more than 10 places in different cities here, all the members of my family agreed that it has been the best stay ever, it was even sad a bit to leave.

The only wish was to have more powerful AC.

Very comfortable apartment at a great location

We visited Florence with our family and were very happy with our stay at this very nice apartment. The apartment was very clean and had all comfort it needed. It is at half an hour walking distance from the city centre and perfectly located to get out of the city for our different day trips to Siena, Luca, Pisa and San Gimignano. We were 6 people and happy with the three bed rooms which are spacious and good beds. The wifi was perfect also to do some research and prepare our day trips. And last but not least the owner Marianna was so helpful and always available to answer any question swiftly and fast.

Wundervoller Urlaub in Florenz

Die Unterkunft war großartig, gemütlich eingerichtet und alles dort was man braucht. Marianna war wirklich eine ganz tolle hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!

Empfehlenswert

Die neuen Bäder und Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern waren uns sehr wichtig. Die ganze Unterkunft war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat auch super geklappt und wir waren dankbar für die ganzen Tipps. Die Bus Haltestelle ist auch sehr schnell zu erreichen. Parkplatz im Hinterhof war auch perfekt für uns. Die Betten waren bequem.

Einzig die Lage an der 4 spurigen Straße hat uns nicht gefallen, weil das zu jeder Tageszeit laut ist. Mit Ohrstöpseln geht es einigermaßen.
