The Retreat

Great location, plenty of room, easy to park the cars.

There had previously been a black dog - the place was covered in black dog hair. The bathroom room doesn’t lock and the springs in the beds/mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. The curtains don’t do much to block out the light and the noise from what I assume was the extractor fans in the garden from the fish and chip shop made it hard to sit out there or have the windows open of an evening. I’m assuming that the shop belongs to the same people/person as the house. The garden needs a really good tidy up with the broken equipment, old tyres and brick-a-brack that is in it - wasn’t particularly safe for children.
