Logement à 50m des grandes locos, idéal lors des festivals. Station de metro et sncf à 200m. Boulangerie avec terrasse ombragée à 100m. Appartement refait et bien décoré. Matelas de bonne qualité. Grande TV et ventilateur sur place. Parking payant à 300m avec les deux premières gratuites. Pas de problème de voisinage lors de notre séjour. Une fois les travaux finis cet appartement mériterait un 8.
Appartement en rez de chaussée (mention terrasse dans le titre ??). Bâtiment en réfection de façade pendant 2 mois (volets impossibles à ouvrir en grand à cause des échafaudages). Baignoire un peu étroite (attention si vous êtes corpulent). Lit positionné contre un mur (l un de vous deux ne pourra pas mettre le bras ou la jambe hors du lit). Nous n avons pas trouvé de parking gratuit à proximité (Beaucoup de zone bleue et impossible de savoir s il est possible de se garer le long des quais).
