The location is Very good near the City Center and shops and restaurants, near by free parking if available, but big paid parking lot available next to it Near to la cinta beach

We didnt appreciate the extra costs that we were informed of in last day of accomodation, meaning the extra fee of penalty of 50 euro at checkout in case of not throwing out the sorted garbage or not washing the dishes. (50 euros penalty for each chore ) In 4 days of stay, our towels were not changed, we paid for lingerie service of 15 euros per person, not sure if an extra fee was required to have them changed. Cleaning initially was not pretty good, we found some left dishes not washed from the previous guests in the bedroom. Bad smell coming from the smaller bathroom. Small shower cabin. The boiler does not hold enough warm water to host 4 guests. The Cleaning lady who checked us in did not speak other language than italian. Be aware that the accomodation is at the ground floor of a villa, mea ing that you will have other neighbourghs upstairs.

Localização próximo a mercados, acesso fácil ao centro e à praia , lugar simples , mas tudo muito organizado, muito tranquilo . Fiquei 6 dias no local com minha esposa e 2 criancas , nos atendeu muito bem no geral . A cada conta com star link de internet , tv a cabo, para mim ajudou muito por causa das crianças. A coleta de lixo é feita bem em frente a casa em Um estacionamento, isso facilita muito na proximidade, enfim ao meu ver foi tudo dentro doque eu esperava . Gostaria de deixar um agradecimento ao anfitrião Paolo pela atenção nos dada desde a reserva , em todos momentos que precisei de auxílio esteve pronto a nos ajudar , uma ótima pessoa .

Um ponto que para mim que estava em 4 pessoas e achei que talvez mereça uma atenção para grupos maiores que 2 pessoas seja a questão da água quente, o reservatório é pequeno e mesmo em banhos curtos tínhamos que tomar banho 2 pessoas e esperar esquentar novamente , isso demora um tempinho. No mais tudo me atendeu noque eu precisava.
