Very nice and quite location with a sea view, in a walking distance to the beach and to the city center. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and prepared a bottle of prosecco, which was very nice to celebrate my birthday!

I was only missing floor towel at the shower.

The shower had plumbing issues, the host kindly attended efficiently however it was still a small issue, it did not damper our stay at all tho.

The property location and size was great for our family of 4. The apartment is in close proximity to multiple beaches (if you have a car). It was clean and the instructions provided were helpful.

AC is only in the living room. Our kids slept in the front room and it was hot as there was only one fan in the room (not a strong one). The main bedroom was more spacious, had a fan, and was okay. On the second night the AC broke down. It was a heat wave and it impacted our sleep. The next day it was repaired. The washing machine did not work. I reported this and self serve laundry with reimbursement was offered. Although it was appreciated, I was unwilling to spend my vacation time doing laundry. I hand washed my beach towels and swimwear and took the rest of my laundry back home. I tested the laundry and provided a video to show the cycle did not complete. There were attempts to fix the washing machine but it was the end of our stay. For some reason, I received a message while I landed back home in Canada from Marco saying the technician said nothing was wrong with the machine. I had already shown a video in which he confirmed something appeared wrong because the cycle would not end. I thought the message was in poor taste. I had already read reviews about the machine not working but I had expected that it was fixed. It would also be helpful for there to be dishwasher soap, more than one roll of toilet paper, and a larger size of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. It doesn’t cost much to buy these in large sizes and provide much greater convenience for guests than them buying their own toilet paper for what might be one night remaining in their stay.
