Obiekt dla budżetowych urlopowiczów którzy chcą mieć wszystko blisko - plaża blisko, sklep, blisko, bezpłatny parking przy domu, ulica spokojna - może nie jakiś top ale ok w porządku do centrum też blisko. Przystanek autobusowi dosłownie za rogiem, z lotniska dobry dojazd przystanek do VIA GRAMSICI angolo Via Alghero. Pokój dwuosobowy duży, jest drugi pokój z łóżkami piętrowymi dużo mniejszy ale da się tam spać. Salono-kuchnia duża, rolety drewniane więc upał nie przeszkadza, klima chodziła, lodówka, zamrażarka jest, pralka nawet na zewnątrz jest. Duży taras i spory ogród, gdzie serio można odpocząć w ciszy.
Nie było czajnika tego nam tylko brakowało.

Vicinanza alle spiagge di San Teodoro, pulizia generale della casa e l’Host (Francesco) davvero super disponibile che al minimo inconveniente ha subito risolto in tempo record.
In generale le uniche cose che non sono state al top sono la mancanza del bidet in bagno, una doccia non proprio nuovissima (andrebbero sostituiti i vetri) e la mancanza di un banalissimo servizio come la macchinetta del caffè che per un turista fa la differenza!
