The location was great, 10-12 min walk to La Cinta Beach, restaurants and some small grocery close by, 15 -20 min to city center. 10-20 min by car to other great beaches. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment for two , big bathroom ( a bit dated) big patio, washing machine. The check in was quick, even if we didn't go to the office ( as we should have been) and went directly to the apartment instead.
Some uncomfortable things:
No window curtains, only some wooden shutters that were full of dust and spider webs ( I guess we where the first turist of the season in that apartment) , so during the day, when we wanted some light in the room, we had no privacy, and also during the night was a bit annoying if we wanted some fresh air, we had to keep them open thus no privacy. The linen and towels are paid extra ( like many Italian accommodations ) - we new about that but the price was communicated wrong... or I didn't understand correctly... and you have to take them out of the bed when you leave...
The garbage policy.... we had separate bins for recycling ( that is good) - that we had to empty them ourselves following a strict schedule ( this part was not a big deal but I would prefere a holiday without this kind of hassle ), and the most annoying thing was that we had to leave the bins empty in the end, even though there was no garbage day when we left and we had to trow it in a very complicated bin somewhere in the city... I thing the last garbage should be the cleaners responsibility , not the tourists
The kitchen utensils are a bit cheap and old , but we managed. We had to put everything back to their original place when we left ( also weird).
No dishwasher, dish soap , salt or peper.

Die Lage und die Veranda mit Garten warten Top. Sehr sauber und professionelle Kommunikation mit der Vermietung. Wir konnten früher einchecken, als geplant und erwartet. Auch wenn der Herr bei der Abnahme am Abreisetag fast eine halbe Stunde zu spät war, als vereinbart, freundlich war er.
Die Matratze war komplett durch und deshalb sehr unbequem. In der Küche hatte es zwar alles, was wichtig war, jedoch von jedem Besteck nur 4 Stück, keine Frühstücksschalen und nur zwei grosse Wassergläser, was etwas knausrig ist, wenn man bedenkt, dass man in den Ferien alles immer von Hand abwaschen muss. Da wäre eine etwas grosszügigere Ausstattung ein grosser Mehrwert gewesen. Auch hat es nur ein Abwaschtuch und für Bettwäsche und Tücher muss man extra bezahlen. Für den Preis müsste das inbegriffen sein.
