Very friendly young host and whenever needed is fast to reply, which I appreciate a lot. If you need additional information about the city or nearby places/cities, he has good contacts (professional tour guides) who can advice him on the phone in less than 5 minutes when needed. As a Spanish citizen (of Ukrainian origin) coming from Germany, my Ukrainian language level is not high and my Russian even lower, but he was calm and understood, that he needed to speak slower and sometimes needed to repeat himself when I asked. He did it very professionaly, which is a sign he comes from a good family. His apartment 106B is located on the ground floor in hotel Chale Graal. Which has a very good private parking with 24/7 security guard, for me it is one of main reasons to book this hotel for the 2nd time (the 1st time was in 2021). The location of this hotel 10/10, it's in a very calm area. Truskavets is a small city, eveything is 10-30 minutes away walking distance. Well furnished, good Xiaomi TV (around 43") and Wifi Router which has a nice "WIFI 6/AX" distance range when going outside, the speed is 100 mbit/s (10 MB/s). There are 2 different size of saucepans and fryingpans. There is a washing machine with English signing on it (not Ukrainian) and the terrace of the apartment is big, there is even a table and 2 chairs + clothes dryer outside. with nice garden views What else do you need??? This host does not include breakfast (you can pay 600 UAH per day, at the hotel reception for it) nor does it it include Fitness+Spa Center (you can pay 500 UAH/ per day, at the reception). And honestly it is better like this so that you can decided when to go (and pay) for breakfast and when you don't wan't. Same goes for fitness and Spa Center.

The only negative in the apartment is the bedroom matress, which is very hard. The rest is excellente for this price/quality. I honestly don't recommend going for breakfast in this hotel, if you have a car I recommend going for buffet breakfast and buffet dinner at hotel Raymond. If you want a buffet lunch I recommend going to "hotel 365" or Victor hotel. As per fitness and Spa I recommend going to MedPalace (Mirotel) for 600 UAH).
